Hotel Vista Pattaya is one of the hotels that you don’t really expect in Thailand. It is very chic, sensible and well designed. It’s not your typical beach front hotel, but this very minimal design aesthetic does calm your nerves during your long awaited city getaway. Congratulations to Achara Masoodi for launching such a great website and such creatively playful yet highly functional products. It was an amazing collaborative effort and thanks once again for allowing me to provide the art direction and feel of the photo shoot. We are both firm believers craftsmanship and the synergy of ideas so therefor working together seemed a perfect match to begin with. As we both pitched our ideas back and forth we came up with concept of portraying the notion of the Japanese fine craftsmanship and the cultural heritage that promotes and respects such ideologies that somehow crossed with Miss Masoodi’s obsession to details and the appreciation of the handmade products.
